How do I join and set up my profile?
Click on the 'Join Now' link on the home page and answer a few quick questions to create your personal singles profile. Once you join you can search, view and contact any member that catches your eye! Your profile will be activated immediately and will be visible to other members as soon as it is reviewed by an LDSHearts team member. Members can then immediately begin sending you messages to your own private mailbox on LDSHearts. |

What do I receive with a free trial and how long does it last?
During your free trial, you have complete access to all of the premium features of LdsHearts.com, with the exeception of the Click to Connect feature. During your free trial, you may contact and reply to any member that you with. The free trial will last 7 full days! When the free trial period is over, you may upgrade to continue your premium membership or you can continue as a free member with limited access. |

Help! I forgot my user name and/or password.
Simply click on the forgot password link on the front page and provide us with your email address, and we will forward you both your username and password via email. You must use the exact email address that you used to join.

Do I have to pay to join and submit a photo?
Absolutely not! You will always be able to post your own photo profile, browse other photo profiles, read messages from paid members, receive instant messages from paid members, reply to messages from paid members, submit your own photos, search our database, and more.

How do I use Click to Connect?
#1: Click. Users click on a web page button to place a call. Telephone numbers are kept private.
#2: Call. Click-and-Connect places calls to both parties.
#3: Connect. After each party accepts the call, the parties are connected.
